 The Nustep T4 also know as the TRS 4000 Recumbent Cross Trainer is one of the most popular linear cross trainers on the market today. Linear movement is a natural motion that is very low risk but yields maximum benefits. The Nustep TRS 4000 is easy on the hip and knee joints and positions the user in a bio mechanically correct workout position.The Nustep T4 also burns more calories than any other recumbent bikes as it engages all of the large muscle groups. Linear training is not only great for someone rehabilitating a knee or hip replacement but is is also the preferred method of cardiovascular and cardio pulmonary rehabilitation. 

Nustep's ergonomic design combines a comfortable seated position with a smooth safe stepping motion. It provides simultaneous upper and lower body motion to work all the major muscle groups, helping all users to lose or maintain a healthy weight, build strength, increase bone density, improve balance and proprioception and improve their overall cardiovascular fitness.

The Nustep T4 simulates a natural walking motion while synergistically incorporating the upper and lower body. Its ergonomic design accommodates a wide demographic and can withhold a weight capacity up to 400lbs. Safety was a primary concern with this model was engineered. As a result it includes a swivel seat for easy transfer. The TRS 4000 also features a simple user friendly console.
