Q: Do I need to pay sales tax?

A: Under the current laws we do not charge any sales tax outside the state of California. We are legally bound to charge sales tax for products delivered to the state in which we are headquartered. Non-profit organizations or companies with a reseller permit are exempted.

 

Q: Why buy from us?

A: Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer (or a certified remanufacturer), and we are able to keep prices low as a result. When you purchase a unit from a local dealer, you're paying that local dealer a huge mark-up, plus tax and other fees just to cover their overhead costs. We've developed a manufacturer-direct selling model, which cuts out the middleman. Due to the volume of product we ship we do not charge our customers additional freight, this in conjunction with our business model results in huge savings.

Q: How does delivery work?

A: We send an email with the carriers contact info and tracking number once it leaves the main shipping hub. Our shipping agent will call you to schedule a day and a window of time for your delivery. Depending on the delivery method you chose, it's a good idea to have someone available to help you handle your new product. We partner with many nationwide freight carriers such as UPS Freight, FedEx, and Estes Express. Standard delivery brings the product to the front of your home or business. Premium delivery services may be arranged to bring your product inside or even include assembly.

 

Q: How long does it take to get to me?

A: Generally deliveries will be made within 10-15 business days for new product and 15-20 business days for certified remanufactured products. All delivery dates are approximate and we always send out a tracking number when your order ships. From time to time, a back order on a new or pre-owned product may cause a delay in shipment. We will always know if a product is back ordered before you place your order and we quote additional lead times accordingly.

 

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm. In some areas delivery may only be available on certain days of the week. In any case your delivery agent will contact you to set a date and time.

 

Q: Do I have to be home to accept delivery?

A: Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery. If you selected curbside delivery, you will need to bring the unit from the curb into your home. We do offer free garage delivery on select items. In the event that there is considerable damage to the packing materials, please be sure to inspect the product and note any defects on the freight bill.

 

Q: How will I know when my unit is being delivered?

A: The ground freight carriers will call you in advance (usually 24-48 hours) to schedule a day and window of time for your delivery. Also, an email tracking # will be sent to you so you can contact the shipping company and inquire about the status of your order by phone. Most freight carriers have online tracking to trace an order and check estimated delivery dates to insure a speedy delivery.

 

Q: Who services my product should it need repairs?

A: As we are an authorized dealer for your product, it will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you purchased an extended warranty it will be serviced by the third party once you are out of the manufacturers warranty. Extended warranties do overlap with the manufacturers warranty. If there is a part the manufacturer does not cover, it may be covered by the third party.

 

Q: Is my warranty transferable?

A: Your warranty is only valid for the original purchaser, including both new and certified/used equipment.

 

Q: Is my warranty valid outside of the United States?

A: No, our warranties are only valid inside of the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.

 

Q: Are the warranties valid in a gym, school, hotel or office building?

A: The warranties for residential equipment are not valid in light commercial and commercial settings. Light commercial equipment warranties are valid in non-membership based facilities and residential settings. Certified remanufactured commercial equipment warranties are valid in all settings.

 

Q: Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

A: Yes, in most cases we ship to freight forwarder in a designated port. We can also make arrangements to provide a freight forwarder for you. Please keep in mind that there would be additional shipping costs as we offer free shipping anywhere in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We are no longer responsible for product once it has been signed for at the port unless we are using our freight forwarder.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, most of our international customers have freight forwarders and purchase by the container, as it is more cost effective to ship in bulk. We are happy to offer free shipping to freight forwarder in any port in the 48 contiguous states. Your forwarder can transport the container from the port of choice and ship to your desired location anywhere in the world. We are no longer responsible for product once it has been signed for at the port unless we are using our freight forwarder.

 

Q: Do you ship to Canada?

A: Yes! We do ship to Canada. However, Canadian customers are responsible for any duties owed.
