Do I need to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is only collected for orders shipped to California. If you are a non-profit or have a reseller’s permit, you may qualify for exemption. No sales tax is collected outside of California under current laws.

How does delivery work?

Once your equipment leaves our shipping hub, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • The freight carrier’s contact information

The shipping company will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window. Delivery options include:

  • Curbside delivery (standard)

  • Garage or in-home delivery (available on select items)

  • White-glove assembly services (by request)

We partner with leading carriers like UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, and Estes Express.


How long will delivery take?

  • New products: Typically arrive within 10–15 business days.

  • Certified remanufactured products: Usually delivered within 15–20 business days.

In the event of a back order, we will notify you before purchase and provide an accurate lead time.


When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, generally between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some regions may have limited delivery days. The carrier will always call ahead to schedule a time.


Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature.

  • Curbside delivery requires you to move the product indoors yourself.

  • Free garage delivery is available for select items.

  • If packaging is damaged, inspect the product immediately and note any issues on the freight bill.

  • Customer is repsonsible for disposing packing materials

How will I know when my unit is arriving?

You will receive:

  • A call from the freight carrier 24–48 hours in advance

  • An email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress

Most freight carriers also offer online tracking.


Who services my product if it needs repairs?

We are an authorized dealer, so your equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

  • During the warranty period, contact the manufacturer directly using the info on our Manufacturers Info Page.

  • If you purchased an extended warranty, repairs beyond the manufacturer's coverage are handled by a third-party warranty provider.


Is my warranty transferable?

No. All warranties—whether for new or certified remanufactured equipment—are valid only for the original purchaser.


Is my warranty valid outside the United States?

Unfortunately, no. Warranties are valid only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.


Are warranties valid in commercial settings?

  • Residential equipment warranties are not valid in commercial or institutional settings.

  • Light commercial equipment warranties are valid in non-membership settings (e.g., offices, hotels).

  • Certified remanufactured commercial equipment is covered in all settings.


Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, we do. Orders are typically shipped to a freight forwarder at a designated port. We can also arrange a forwarder for you. Please note:

  • Additional shipping costs apply

  • We are not responsible for the product once it is signed for at the port (unless using our forwarder)


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Most international clients purchase by the container and use their own freight forwarders. We offer free shipping to any U.S. port (within the 48 contiguous states).

  • Your forwarder can then handle global delivery

  • We are not responsible for the product after it is signed for at the port (unless using our forwarder)


Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! Canadian customers are responsible for:

  • All applicable duties and taxes

  • Final delivery arrangements

We ship to your Canadian freight forwarder or a designated U.S. port for cross-border delivery.
