Sales, Shipping & Return Policies

You can order fitness equipment in the following ways:

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. For the fastest processing and delivery, credit card payment is recommended.

Shipping Policy
Every order includes an itemized invoice sent via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the invoice for accuracy (including shipping service, contact details, and product info). Any corrections must be requested within 24 hours.
Freight Delivery & Damage Claims:
- Inspect all packages at delivery.
- Note any damage on the freight bill to ensure eligibility for replacement parts.
- For concealed damage, contact the freight carrier within 48 hours to request an inspection.
- Moving a product before inspection may void damage claims.
- If delivery is refused due to significant freight damage, we may re-ship the product at no additional cost.
- If a customer changes their address after the machine has shipped, they are responsible for any carrier-imposed address-change fees.
- If a customer is a no-show for delivery and reschedules, or if the customer delays delivery beyond the standard delivery window, they will be responsible for any retention fees or redelivery fees.
Service & Manufacturer Adjustments
Minor adjustments may be necessary after delivery. If your product includes in-home labor under the manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer will provide service and any required parts at no cost. These service needs do not qualify as grounds for return or cancellation.
International Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for customs duties and local taxes.

If a package is seized by customs and not returned, no refund can be issued.

If returned in good condition, a refund may be issued minus shipping and restocking fees.

All international orders require prepayment via credit card or bank wire transfer.
Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellations:
May be requested within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued minus applicable processing fees. Email info@fitnessequipmentbroker.com to cancel. -
Certified Remanufactured Products:
Warranty coverage ranges from 6–12 months for parts and 3–6 months for labor (varies by manufacturer). Please confirm individual product coverage. -
Returns on New Products:
Products eligible for a 30-day trial may be returned at the customer’s expense.
A 20% restocking fee applies, and the product must be in the original packaging.
Return shipping (both directions) and processing fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Important:

Remanufactured, Cleaned & Serviced products, demo units, and accessories are final sale.
Product Warranty

New Equipment:
Includes labor and part warranties from the manufacturer. Labor coverage is typically 1 year for residential use, with parts warranties ranging up to 10 years.
Use in a commercial environment may void warranty coverage. -
Warranty Validity:
Requires proof of purchase (invoice). Improper maintenance or misuse may void the warranty.
If parts are unavailable due to manufacturer closure, Fitness Equipment Broker is not liable.

Back Orders
While we strive to keep inventory up to date, some products may be temporarily backordered. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at 1-888-566-4261 for support.
Deposits

Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.

After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable but may be used as store credit.
