Painted Finish \| Powder Coating All metal parts and frames are sandblasted and powder coated for a durable, like-new finish. This process ensures the equipment is truly remanufactured.

Batteries \| Alternators & Generators All alternators, generators, and related components are dismantled, tested, and rebuilt to meet original manufacturer specifications. After thorough inspection, parts are either fully rebuilt or replaced to ensure optimal performance and long-term reliability. Batteries are replaced as needed to maintain dependable power and function.

Electronics All electronics and motherboards are thoroughly tested using advanced diagnostic tools and scopes. When possible, components are professionally repaired to like-new condition. If repairs aren’t feasible, the parts are replaced to ensure full functionality and performance.

Console Overlays \| Touch Screens All console overlays and touch screens are carefully inspected for functionality and visual quality. If any issues are found, the overlay is replaced with a new unit to ensure long-term reliability and a like-new user experience.

Decals \| Emblems All decals and emblems are carefully inspected and replaced as needed to restore original branding and ensure a clean, like-new appearance on every refurbished machine.

Drive Belts \| Crank Assembly All Certified Remanufactured machines are fitted with OEM-quality drive belts to ensure smooth performance and long-term durability. Crank assemblies are thoroughly inspected and either professionally rebuilt or replaced with new components. These upgrades promote ease of use and significantly extend the life of the machine.

Motor Shrouds \| Plastics All plastic components, including motor shrouds, are carefully inspected for cracks, wear, or cosmetic damage. If minor issues are found, we use our exclusive in-house repair process—featuring professional resin fiber reinforcement and a three-coat epoxy hardening system—to restore the part to a stronger-than-new condition. When repairs aren't possible, damaged plastics are replaced with OEM parts to ensure long-lasting performance and appearance.
